Our roots and wings

Rooted in the origins of our company, Ardemas is on a mission to reshape the offshoring landscape. 


While the industry's early days were marked by globalization, subsequent cost-driven practices led to compromised quality. 


At Ardemas, we're rewriting this narrative by offering superior services and timely delivery at reasonable costs, reinvigorating the true essence of offshoring. Our commitment to excellence stems from our foundational values.

why we started

Ardemas = Best Quality + Timely Delivery + Right Price

The prominence of offshoring and global delivery models in the 1990s and early 2000s can be attributed to three main factors:

  1. Technological Advancements: Rapid advancements in technology, particularly in communication and connectivity, made it feasible to collaborate across geographical distances. 
  2. Access to Skilled Labor: Offshoring provided access to a diverse talent pool, particularly in emerging economies, allowing companies to tap into specialized expertise not readily available locally.
  3. Cost Advantage: Companies discovered that they could achieve substantial cost savings by outsourcing specific tasks or processes to regions with lower labor costs, all while maintaining quality and efficiency.


These factors combined to create a fertile environment for the growth of offshoring and global delivery models, revolutionizing how businesses operate and collaborate on a global scale.


However the landscape evolved into a focus solely on cost savings, which sowed the seeds of challenges like -

  1. Miscommunication & cultural differences 
  2. Quality control
  3. Overpromise and underdeliver
  4. Language barriers


Unfortunately, this led to a decline in service quality as offshore companies prioritized expense reduction over excellence. Customers felt the frustration of compromised outcomes. 


Enter Ardemas: We're rewriting the narrative. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional quality services at reasonable costs, reviving the soul & heart of offshoring for a seamless and valuable partnership.
